Many times, I wonder what I can do, as imperfect as I am, to serve God. Why would he need someone who has the flaws I have to be a part of his plan in any way? It would be like using a crooked board to build a wall or a tarp with holes to try and keep out the rain.
But, God has a role for each of us in his plan. Because of his majesty and greatness, he can use the broken, the small, the weak, the foolish to as a part of his plan.
God uses imperfect people to accomplish his perfect will.
So, even at times when we feel unworthy and cannot imagine a way for us to serve God in some way, if we open our hearts and our souls to the quiet whisper of His call to us, with a smile and open arms, He welcomes us to be a part of his plan.

"But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, things that are not, to reduce to nothing things that are, so that no one might boast in the presence of God. "
